Usage and Dosage
Shake gently before using!2040 ng YouthGH = 6 spray units daily. Skip one day a week.
Breathe in through the mouth to superficially dry the mucous membranes on the inside of the cheek, and do not swallow for 60 seconds after spraying. Best effects are achieved by usage on an empty stomach, therefore:
In the morning, one spray unit onto the inside of each cheek, half an hour before breakfast.
In the evening, two spray units each onto the inside of each cheek, about 2 hours after the last meal. No more food or liquid, save of water, thereafter.
Important
Wrong usage can lead to a dramatic reduction of the effectiveness.
Storage
At room temperature in the bedroom, for regular usage before rising and after going to bed.

None known. Since the polypeptides taken are identical to those produced by the body itself, there are no allergical reactions.
